Product Description

A classic raclette made with raw cow’s milk, produced in a copper vat and washed weekly by hand to develop a natural wash rind with a distinctive reddish brown colour enclosing a pale creamy paste with an elastic texture. Ideal for cooking the raclette is also suitable for a cheeseboard selection, each wheel is aged for a minimum of 3 months.
