67% Madagascar: A dark chocolate slab made with Forastero, Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans from the island of Madagascar.

This cocoa has a rounded, sweet taste with a tempered bitterness. Mild acid flavours and fruity notes that remind of juniper berries, citric fruits and ripe yellow fruits such as apricot and pineapple.
