High Street Hero - Shellseekers

Darren Brown started experimenting with a bit of scallop diving to earn some extra cash while he was in the Royal Navy, and it was his love of this hobby that eventually led to the birth of Shellseekers. Diving off the Dorset coast, the scallops he and his team collect by hand are highly prized, and have found their way into some of the best kitchens in the country. The stall also sells other sustainably line caught fish, shellfish, crustaceans and an impressive selection of game, much of it shot by Darren himself.
