Product Description
In 2019 , we collaborated with award winning Ulverston-based Gin Distillers Andy and Zoe Arnold-Bennett from Shed 1 Distillery to create this delicious Gin, Clementine & Cranberry fruit cake.
The result is a deliciously tempting fruit cake brimming full of cranberries, citrus fruit and spices, all rounded off with a drizzle of Shed 1’s Festive Tipple, providing a boozy hit with hints of cloves, dried fruit, oranges and lemons.
Unsurprisingly, this delicious gin infused creation picked up a Great Taste Award in 2021.
We source the best ingredients from our local farmers and producers and create unique recipes with care and attention to detail.
