GREAT TASTE AWARD 2 star. This delicious Rich Bajan fruit celbration cake is a family recipe which was given to my mum. The fruit is soaked in rum and brandy for months. After the cake is made it is drizzled in more rum and left to mature, the longer the better tasting. For that reason, we recommend that you place your order 3 months ahead.
