A dark, inky and intense liqueur with a rich and silky blackcurrant flavour. Much of the fruit we use is grown in our orchards and is combined with a vodka base. Added vanilla pods give a long creamy finish to this classic liqueur. We love adding it to a glass of fizz to make a Cassis Royale.
