This is a lovely delicately flavoured liqueur. Fresh uplifting rhubarb notes are warmed and balanced by the spice of fresh ginger root.

We use the delicious traditional rhubarb varieties Stockbridge Arrow and Victoria, grown in our London. Delicious on its own or as a cocktail.
