Award winning Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured Salmon is our take on gravalax.This sweet and salty salmon is completely hand produced.
Using traditional gravalax methods, the salmon cures in our unique recipe cure-mix for 7 to 10 days, then its topped with our secret recipe apple & dill powder then "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand.
