Our Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured Salmon is our take on gravalax. This sweet and salty salmon is completely hand produced. Using traditional gravalax methods, the salmon cures in our unique recipe cure-mix for 7 to 10 days, then its topped with our secret recipe apple & dill powder then "Scandinavian" sliced and packaged by hand. Our responsibly sourced Scottish salmon is treated with utmost care to maintain its delicate texture and glossy appearance. The sweet and salty flavour this the perfect starter, canape or sandwich filling.
