"Our salmon is sustainably sourced in the UK. Hand cured and smoked in our Smokery at the Daylesford Farm and carefully wrapped in plastic-free packaging.

Buttery and delicate slices from the belly of our smoked salmon. These long slices will melt in your mouth: they can remind to sashimi slices with a gentle smokey touch. We just love the fresh texture of the salmon so we never vacuum pack our products. However, our smoked salmon has14 days of shelf life from production date.
