The lot owner, Mr. Laerce Franca Faleiros, has been working in coffee for more than 55 years, passing his vast knowledge onto his son Elvis, who now manages the estate. This bean is dried on raised African beds; the process leaves the coffee with an intense sweetness that adds a delicious complexity to every cup. You’ll find the crispness of a white grape, followed by dark, indulgent cocoa, and a finish of sweet sugarcane.
