Not your typical Sauerkraut. White cabbage is at the heart of this fabulous ferment, but then we get a bit funky. We’ve added pineapple to pay homage to our Aussie heritage and added in zingy ginger and the superfood turmeric for their amazing taste and health benefits. It’s like sunshine on your plate.
Origin
We prep, produce and ferment in our beautiful arch in Spa Terminus Bermondsey. We use only natural ingredients, no nasties, mother nature and time. All of our products are live, raw and unpasteurised.
