Product Description
The Purple One is a bit of an all-rounder. Sharp and tangy, yet earthy and well rounded with a lovely caraway aftertaste. Red cabbage is the star here, with intensely coloured beetroot backing it up. It looks just as beautiful on a salad in Summer as it does as an accompaniment to a hearty Winter meal.
Origin
We prep, produce and ferment in our beautiful arch in Spa Terminus Bermondsey. We use only natural ingredients, no nasties, mother nature and time. All of our products are live, raw and unpasteurised.
