Kimchi for people who don’t like Kimchi - fresh, clean and delicious. Same base as our red Kimchi but we’ve taken out the carrots and red chilli and added in cucumber, coriander and Pak Choi. Loads of flavour with that signature sourness from fermentation. Very versatile.
Origin
We prep, produce and ferment in our beautiful arch in Spa Terminus Bermondsey. We use only natural ingredients, no nasties, mother nature and time. All of our products are live, raw and unpasteurised.
