Bungay Raw Butter is the UK’s only raw farmhouse butter produced using Lactic acid. It is made by hand on the farm using traditional methods and is the closest thing to the original butter the area of Bungay, Suffolk was once famed for. Raw milk pioneer Jonny Crickmore, also makes the fantastic Baron Bigod cheese.
