The Japanese influenced Matcha Kukkii has a crisp exterior and smooth gooey centre, dotted with generous lumps of creamy white chocolate. These distinctive green tea cookies will undoubtedly perk up any day. Delicious when eaten straight from the box or gently warmed in the oven. For a touch more indulgence, we recommend crumbling the Matcha Kukkii over a scoop of creamy vanilla ice-cream, for the "oh-so-perfect" balance of bitter and sweet flavours.
Instructions
Cookies are best enjoyed within 2-3 days of arrival, but they keep well for up to 5 days in an airtight container. For optimal freshness, we recommend freezing any cookies that you don’t plan to eat immediately. When you’re ready to enjoy, pop them in a 170ºC pre-heated oven for 3-5 minutes until they are warm and gooey.
