Classic Kimchi 350g - An aromatic, lively, raw & natural kimchi, traditionally chopped, with no fish sauce. Medium heat.Ingredients: Chinese Leaf Cabbage, Carrots, Onions, Seaweed (Dulse, Sea Greens & Nori), Garlic, Ginger, Gochugaru Chilli Flakes (Korean Red Pepper) & Sea Salt.

Brussels Sprout Kimchi 350g - An aromatic, live, natural & raw kimchi, made with crunchy British brussels sprouts - delicious! This product is unpasteurised and packed in plastic-free packaging. Slightly spicier than our Classic Kimchi. Ingredients: Brussels sprouts, carrots, onions, ginger, seaweed, garlic, Gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes) & sea salt.

Kale Kimchi 350g - An aromatic, live, natural & raw kimchi, made with British curly kale - delicious! This product is unpasteurised and packed in plastic-free packaging. Hotter than our classic kimchi. Ingredients: British Kale, Carrots, Onions, Dulse, Garlic, Ginger, Gochugaru Chilli Flakes (Korean Red Pepper) & Sea Salt.This product won a 1-Star Great Taste award in 2021.
