I`m a local chocolate producer base in Bristol, running my small business out of my kitchen at home. I'm passionate about healthier alternatives and so my chocolates are vegan, soya free and made without gluten with no refined sugar.

INGREDIENTS: 44.8% Raw Criollo Cacao Butter, 27.6% Raw Criollo Cacao Powder, 27.6% Natural Date Syrup, Crème: 42.9% Raw Criollo Cacao Butter, 28.6% Natural Agave Syrup, 28.6% Coconut Milk Powder (97% freshly squeezed coconut milk, tapioca maltodextrin), Food colours: /aprx 3g per 1kg chocolate/ white( titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide), black (active charcoal, iron oxide), blue (titanium dioxide, brilliant blue, blue spirulina), green (chorella), yellow (turmeric), red (beetroot powder, hibiscus powder), crème yolk /aprx 5g per 1kg chocolate/ yellow (turmeric)
