Immortelle as a concept began in 2014 but its origins trace back hundreds of years. Using techniques not changed through the ages to create a wine that reflects the place and its people, immerse yourself in the story of the Roussillon.

Immortelle: Made from 100-year-old vines, using traditional winemaking methods and aged for one-year in old Château Margaux barrels. It’s interesting and compelling to drink, with aromas of rich dark fruits, plum and cassis.

Petite Immortelle: Scent of herbs and dark, brooding hedgerow fruits. Very well balanced and fresh in style, beautifully showcasing the land and where it was grown.

Rivesaltes Grenat: Fortified for five days, leaving the wine with a wonderful sense of sweetness and a spirity kick!
