Product Description

Rupert Harker from Blackberry Farm supplies us with traditionally reared beef which we casserole in ale from the Grainstore Brewery in Oakham. Stilton from Webster’s Dairy is added to create a rich filling which is encased in shortcrust butter pastry made with locally milled flour and glazed with free range eggs from Sherwood Farms.
