Inspired by a classic New Zealand recipe. Rupert Harker from Blackberry Farm supplies us with traditionally reared beef which we sauté and layer with mature cheddar cheese from Joseph Heler. This rich and tasty filling is encased in shortcrust butter pastry made with locally milled flour and glazed with free range eggs from Sherwood Farms.
