Made by the team at Querceta farm, surrounded by orchards, deep in the Apulian countryside. This organic cows milk mozzarella is stuffed with a mixture of curds and cream (stracciatella) and then tied into a knot at the top.
Milder in flavour than Mozzarella di Buffala and much creamier in texture, this is best enjoyed fresh with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or honey.
Instructions
Storage: Keep in the fridge and eat within one week of receipt. Allow to come to room temperature before eating.
