What began as a family tradition of sending Christmas chocolates to family and friends, is now a fully fledged business with all the trimmings. We use sustainable ingredients and techniques to develop our chocolate creations so you can enjoy every aspect of our work. All of our chocolates are tempered to 29°C, hence the name… Pictured is our Founder and Head Chocolatier Isabelle in the first stages of development for 29 Degrees… We’ve come a long way since the 90s!
