The White Condiment with “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena” and CITRUS is a white condiment derived from the union of citrus juice and balsamic vinegar of Modena aged in oak barrels.
Characteristics

At sight it is straw-yellow, bright and clear. It is intense pleasant and clean with a citrus vein. The flavour is firm but not aggressive with low acidity.
