55% Italian sun-dried tomatoes. Pesto Siciliano is a sauce with crushed sundried tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, and cheese. This pesto recipe originates from the Sicilian isle in southern Italy. This sauce is ideal to stir it through a plate of pasta, give extra depth to soups, gravy and casseroles and to add flavour to cooked vegetables.
