We’ve teamed up with our friends at London Essence, makers of refined and elegant low cal tonics and sodas, to bring you this glorious bundle.
London Essence’s tonics are lower in sugar than most, and they make a lovely dry and refreshing drink. Our favourite with Mother Root is their Grapefruit and Rosemary tonic, giving a citrus zing and savoury note to what is now our favourite new serve, our “Ginger Spritz”.
Instructions
Fill your wine glass with ice, mix together one part Mother Root with five parts London Essence Grapefruit and Rosemary. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme. And enjoy!
