There’s almost nothing that Elderflower Blush doesn’t pair well with, but we’re fond of desserts, cheeses, and Friday nights. You know what they say, everything in moderation… including moderation.
Instructions
We recommend that our sparkling is served chilled in a glass, but we’re traditionalists like that! We
also find both wines pair well with a variety of foods. The blush with sweeter fattier dishes while the
elderflower goes well with more delicate or salty flavours. But who are we to judge how you drink it,
so if you like it with kippers then all credit to you!
