For those who like their tempeh with a stronger flavour! This one skips the soya and is made from British-grown organic yellow and green peas, balanced out with delicious sunflower seeds. If you prefer a milder flavour in your dish, we recommend marinating overnight or cooking for longer (think proper tomato sauce simmered for at least an hour).
Ingredients: green peas, yellow peas, sunflower seeds, starter culture.
Weight: 400g per block
Instructions
Slice it up, season/marinade for a few minutes, hours or overnight, then fry or bake.
Do not consume raw.
Note: Black/grey spots on tempeh are normal and do not indicate spoilage.
Keep frozen. Defrost fully before cooking. Once defrosted use within 48 hours
