Beautifully brazen in colour and attitude. This Brazen red cocktail sugar looks equally perfect on the rim of a Cosmo or a Strawberry Margarita.
Run a lime wedge around the rim and dip into the sugar for the perfect embellishment.

Instructions

Cocktail paring suggestion: Vampire's Kiss
(enough for 2 drinks)
60ml Vodka rum

40ml Chambord
Champagne or prosecco
brazen Red Cocktail Sugar
Ice
Fresh or frozen raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS:
-Using a lime wedge dampen the rim of your cocktail glasses and dip them into the cocktail sugar
-Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, vodka, Chambord and 6 raspberries. Put the top on and shake for 20 – 30 seconds
-You can either strain the mixture between two cocktail glasses or decide not to strain and get delightfully small bombs of raspberry throughout your cocktail.
-Top up with Champagne or Prosecco of your choice
-Garnish with more fresh or frozen raspberries
