The Margarita, a sophisticated and classic cocktail, only the most perfect ingredients should go into its creation. Our Citrus Salt is a mixture of sea salts chosen for their qualities – beautifully crunchy, equally flaky, perfectly white and with great mineral content. Combined with lemon and lime zests, from hand selected fruits, you’ll get the perfect citrus kick with every sip.
Instructions
Cocktail paring suggestion: Cucumber Margarita
(enough for 2 drinks)
120ml Tequila
60ml Cucumber juice
Fresh Lime Juice
Citrus Cocktail Salt
15ml Agave syrup
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Put half a cucumber in a blender and whizz on high for 30 seconds. Strain into a jug so that have just the juice and no bits.
-Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your ingredients. Put the top on and shake for 20 – 30 seconds.
-Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glassware then dip the rim into the Citrus Cocktail Salt tin
-Strain the superbly cold mix into two glasses
