Our Classic Margarita Salt is a mixture of sea salts chosen for their qualities – beautifully crunchy, equally flaky, perfectly white and with great mineral content. Our salt will balance the sweet and sour flavours of the Tequila, Cointreau, and fresh lime juice used in this magnificent cocktail.

Instructions

Cocktail paring suggestion: Margarita
(enough for 2 drinks)
120ml Tequila
60ml Cointreau
30ml Fresh lime juice
Classic Margarita Salt
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS:
-This is a classic recipe so it doesn’t include sugar syrup. Using good quality ingredients will ensure that the balance of the drink is absolutely perfect
-Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your ingredients. Put the top on and shake for 20 – 30 seconds
-Put the shaker to the side for a moment and run a lime wedge around the rim of your glassware then dip the rim into the tin of Classic Margarita Salt
-Strain the superbly cold mix into the two glasses and add a further garnish of a lime wheel or wedge
