A vibrant and happy sunshine yellow cocktail sugar. Perfect on the rim of an ice cold summer cocktail. Use for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, celebrations of any type in fact!
Instructions
Cocktail paring suggestion: Lemon Drop Martini
(enough for 2 drinks)
120ml White rum
60ml Galliano liqueur
60ml Triple Sec or Cointreau
Shimmer Blue Cocktail Sugar
60ml Fresh lime juice
For the garnish: Lime slice and cocktail cherry
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your glassware and dip into the Sunshine Yellow Cocktail Sugar
-Place the rum, Galliano, triple sec, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add 2 handfuls of ice and shake until cold.
-Strain into cocktail glasses. Garnish with a lime strip and cocktail cherry if desired.
