A hand made blend of Raspberry Leaf, Hibiscus Flowers, Chamomile Flowers, Rooibos, Elderflower & Lemon Peel.
Herbal Properties:
Raspberry Leaf - flu symptoms, acne, loose bowel movements as well as help in the relief of menstrual cramping and shorten labour.
Hibiscus Flower - reduce fever, cure colds, relieve constipation, reduce high blood pressure, lower cholesterol.
Chamomile Flower - calm anxiety, ease stomach ache, ease nausea, promotes healthy sleep
Rooibos - high in anti-oxidants, aids digestion, anti-inflammatory, strengthen bones, weight loss, control of blood pressure
Elderflower - Anti-Oxidant, fight cold & flu, Slimming, Detox.
Available in a choice of sizes 50g, 75g, 100g, 150g, 200g.
Instructions
a hand blended mix filled with flowers and leaves
available in a choice of sizes
just 1 and 1/2 teaspoons per cup (2-4g),
simply steep for 3 – 4 mins
