Our sausages made us famous and are all handmade by our dedicated team. We use a blend of pork belly and shoulder to ensure a good fat content, which bastes the sausages from the inside as they cook.
Instructions
Storage - Remove all packaging and place your meat on a plate (away from cooked items) on the bottom shelf of your fridge so that air can circulate.
Origin
We source our meat from a small collection of high welfare, free range producers and work closely with them to bring our customers the very best meat reared in the UK today.
