Rump is a much underrated but delicious steak (Tim Wilson's favourite!). Ours are well-aged, which gives them a great depth of flavour and tenderness. The bigger the piece, the better - sear on a high heat on both sides, rest well and slice up to share.
Instructions
Storage - Remove all packaging and place your meat on a plate (away from cooked items) on the bottom shelf of your fridge so that air can circulate.
