Product Information
Our 28 day + aged Brisket is the ultimate slow cooking joint. It can be rolled and tied for pot roasting, or unrolled flat for the perfect American-style barbequed brisket. It is more open grained than other joints of meat, allowing it to soak up flavours whether it is being pot roasted, or cooked for hours on a slow, smoky barbeque. It also lends itself to any pulled beef recipes.
Instructions
Keep wrapped at bottom of Fridge. Freeze if not going to use before date.
