Our grass-fed free-range Beef Forerib is hung and dry-aged for a minimum of 30 days to produce intensely flavoured, succulent meat. The Forerib joint is the classic Standing Rib Roast, much loved for special occasions and Christmas.

Instructions

Unwrap, and place on a plate at the bottom of your refrigerator. Take out of fridge an hour before you cook it.
