Our grass-fed free-range Rib-eye Steak is hung for a minimum of 30+ days. Rib-eye steaks come from the centre of the Forerib, and are well marbled, with a reasonable fat cover, and a small round of fat in the centre. Utterly succulent and full of flavour.

Instructions

Unwrap, and place on a plate at the bottom of your refrigerator. Take out of fridge an hour before you cook it.
