A soft, chewy bite of Almond deliciousness, Almondies are a Ginger Bakers staple!

The recipe is inspired by the timeless, traditional Greek Almond Biscuits, Amigthalota. Naturally gluten free, they are soft & chewy on the inside, and crisp & crunchy on the outside, finished with a delicate dusting of icing sugar.

Almondies can be easily frozen at home, ensuring you've always got a ready supply! For the perfect experience, warm them gently in the oven for 5 minutes, credible warmed up for 5 minutes in the oven. Try serving them with your morning coffee!
